biodiesel prices at the pump - The Basics

Compared with conventional diesel, biodiesel combusts better with a higher cetane rating and produces fewer life cycle greenhouse gas emissions which contribute to climate change. Without a shadow of a doubt, the world is currently facing one of its greatest crises, which if not urgently and expertly dealt with, can bring the global economy to a complete halt.

The production cost in some countries is still expensive. Some manufacturers provide vehicles pre-filled with biodiesel blends. Most agree that there are potential environmental and health benefits to be realized by biodiesel producers, suppliers, and users.

Biodiesel is safer for people to breathe. Biofuel is also winning votes among environmentalists. The conversion to more biofuel is probably inevitable.

Honest debate not influenced by individual hidden agenda's is the only way to arrive at political choices that embrace all the issues surrounding the use of biofuel. There is still a lot of work ahead of us to truly replace the fossil fuels with bio fuel.
